He is Post graduate in Mathematics, Master of Philosophy (Mathematics) and Doctorate of Philosophy (Mathematics) from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, India. In conjunction with his career of 17 years in teaching and research, he has been accumulating distinguished academic and administrative experiences at the University since its inception. His research areas of interest include Theory of Inequalities /Matrix Analysis/ Solid Mechanics/ Fluid Mechanics/ Fractal Geometry/Teaching and Learning.
Dr. Sharma has delivered talks related to his research areas on national and international platforms. He has filed nine patents with three patents granted on his name; authored/edited seven books; published a number of research papers in reputed Journals and conference proceedings. He has convened/chaired more than 10 conferences/ workshops at the National/International level. He is a founder member and formal General Secretary of the Him Science Congress Association (HSCA).
Dr. Sharma is a life member of the Indian Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (ISIAM), Himachal Ganit Parisad (HGP), Him Science Congress Association (HSCA), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and an Associate member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
Dr. Abhishek Kanoungo is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Civil Engineering and Associate director (Administration) in Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh. He has obtained his Master’s Degree in Highway Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh in 2014 and doctoral degree from Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh in 2019.
He has 10 years of teaching and research experience in field of highway materials and construction. Dr. Kanoungo has received funding grant of Rs. 10 Lacs from Department of Science and Technology, Himachal Pradesh for research project in his repertoire. He has filed 12 patents with five granted on his name; authored more than 30 research papers in International and National journals/Conferences of repute. He has guided 4 postgraduate research scholars and is currently supervising two doctoral research scholars. He has also been awarded as Young Achiever Award 2021 by “Institute of Researchers” in recognition of outstanding professional & research achievements in the field of Civil Engineering at National level. He is an active member of various societies like Indian Road Congress, Institution of Engineers, Indian Concrete Institute.

Dr. Nitin Verma is presently working as Professor and Principal at School of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, India. Dr. Verma has more than 17 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published more than 45 International and national research papers in peer reviewed journal and presented research work in 65 national and international conferences, seminars and workshop. He is Member of Board of Studies, Academic Council, and Coordinator- Academic Industry Partnership Programme with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. He has executed projects of INR more than 4.5 crores with industry.
His Biography is included in Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare 2011-2012 (8th Edition) based on outstanding achievement in Medicines & Healthcare around the world and International Biographic Centre (IBC), Cambridge, England for The Cambridge Certificate for outstanding Medical Achievement 2012. He is a member of various professional societies and in reviewer board of various Journals. He has contributed chapters in 10 Books Published by Elsevier, Springer Nature, Verlag Lambert Academic Publishing AG & Co. KG, Köln, Germany, printed in USA and UK. He is actively engaged in the field of research with special focus on toxicology, risk assessment of chemicals and their impact on environment and human health., computational toxicity studies etc. He is a receipt of many prestigious awards like Global Senior Scholar Exchange Program award, ToxScholar Outreach Award, IUTOX Award, ASIO Scientist of Indian Origin and Global initiative Funding recipient by Society of Toxicology, (SOT) USA. He has presented his research works in various conferences and congress held in USA, Greece, Rome, Slovakia, Australia, Japan, Switzerland, Singapore and Spain.
He is working as Head of the Department (Electronics and Communication Engineering) and Assistant Director (Intellectual Property Rights and Consultancy Cell) at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, India. He has been awarded Teacher Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) Fellowship by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India in 2019. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of academics, research and administration. He is a member of the “Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Hub” project sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), India. He authored many SCI-indexed articles, SCOPUS indexed book chapters and holds inventions. His research interests include satellite sensors, remote sensing, and digital image processing. He is an IEEE Senior Member and active member of various International/National societies such as IEEE Young Professional, IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS), IEEE Sensors council, European Union of Geosciences (EGU), Indian Society of Remote Sensing (ISRS), International Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS), Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE) and Himalayan Geology.
Prof M.Maheswary is a passionate academician and an experienced administrator with total 23 years of experience in Nursing profession . She appointed as the Principal of Chitkara university College of Nursing from 2022.
Mrs. Maheswary is graduated B.Sc (Hons)Nursing from the Premier Institute “All India Institute of Medical Sciences”, New Delhi in 1996. Later in the year 2003 she completed post graduation in Pediatric Nursing from” The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G R. Medical University” Chennai.
Total 23 Years, with 3 years Clinical setting as Staff Nurse at AIIMS(OT and Emergency Ward) and 20 years Teaching in Nursing Colleges as Clinical Instructor, Lecturer, Reader, Vice Principal and Principal. Took responsibilities as, Examiner, Paper setter, Paper Evaluator, Research Guide for UG, PG and PhD students, Council Inspection Member, IQAC Coordinator at RNTU Bhopal, SNA Advisor at PSG CON Coimbatore and held as Organising Member in XXII State SNA Biennial Conference for the Theme Student Nurse and Brighter Tomorrow. CNE coordinator and NAAC Chairperson at Army College of Nursing. Participated and Organized National & International Workshops and Conferences and Webinars.
