She has worked with prestigious brands like Citibank, The British High Commission, etc. She is certified by Google (Google Ads & Analytics), Facebook (Facebook & Insta Ads), and Hubspot (E-mail Marketing). She facilitated the workshop on the topic “Digital Marketing Workshop for Entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs.”
A trainer by choice, she has trained more than 200 professionals, students, and startup founders in the different skills of Digital Marketing – Google Ads, Facebook, Insta Marketing, E-mail Marketing, SEO, Website Development (using Wix), and workshops on Design Thinking. She conducts online/offline training, workshops, and boot camps. She shared with students the concept of how businesses grow by creating successful marketing strategies for online platforms with a focus on increasing Online Traffic, Lead Generation, and Optimizing Campaigns to Increase Conversions and thus Revenue.
Students were also introduced to the nuances of how digital marketing empowers small companies to reach their target audience and how to create meaningful campaigns that can be used without having to spend a huge amount. She explained to the students how digital marketing helps companies endorse goods, services, and brands in a cost-effective and measurable way.

The next Webinar “Shoot for the stars with hard work and patience” was conducted by Ms. Khushboo Goyal, an Alumni of CSE 2008 Batch, currently working as SAP Consultant at Deloitte Deutschland, Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. She completed her MTech in Software Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala and has been working for more than five years in consulting and implementation. She has been successful in rolling out various projects with multiple clients from USA and Germany and spanning across different industries like Retail, Consumer and Industrial Products, and Healthcare. She also has domain experience as SAP Management Consultant and has worked in companies like Dell and Infosys.
Ms. Khushboo spoke about the plethora of opportunities in the field of SAP. The Alumni gave a deep insight into the job market in SAP coupled with a discussion on how hard work and destiny work in tandem. She counseled the students on how to handle setbacks and deal with relationships and loved ones. She spoke about anxiety and how it has become a part of modern life and reminded us of the strength and joy that comes from slowing down. She emphasized on the importance of forging a deeper connection with others and being compassionate and forgiving towards others.

In their webinar on ” Skill Up at Chitkara: Get a dream Career”, the Alumni touched upon the demands of the IT Industry in the times of post COVID- 19 and bridging the industry academia gap in unequivocal words. They shared their Industry experience and talked about the latest technologies and platforms being used in IT companies. The talk also veered around making the students industry ready by equipping them with a repertoire of skills in complete consonance with the demand of today’s Corporate World. The next webinar in the Alumni Webinar Series ‘Blueprint to Management Consulting’ was conducted by Mr. Anuj Modgil, an Alumni of CSE 2011 Batch, currently working as a Management Consultant at KPMG, Gurgaon. She is currently working as a Business Analyst at Deloitte. In an extensive and insightful session with the students Ms. Anumeha was grateful to her Alma Mater for recognizing and tapping her potential and altering the course of her life. She talked about plethora of opportunities in the field of computer science and in a freewheeling discussion she reiterated the fact that an average student can achieve his /her dreams if he/ she is confident and perseverant. She shared her journey from sitting on the back benches of her classroom to Infosys to IMT, Hyderabad and to finally working in her dream company- Deloitte. In our constant endeavour to make the transition of our students from campus to Corporate smooth, Mr. Abhinav Sharma, Business Manager at Marketing Hook and an Alumni of CSE 2012 Batch, was delighted to deliver an online session to the Students of his alma mater on “How to start preparing for Interviews”.
He shared experiences of his own transition from university to the industry. In a very candid interaction, he touched upon the current needs of the industry vis- avis the global pandemic. He shared how communication and knowledge go hand in hand and thwarted certain misconceptions that how an interview is not a rejection but a selection process.
Finally, he requested the students to incorporate 3 things: honesty, humility and a smile on their face for acing the interview process. Mr. Abhinav reiterated that technical acumen along with self-confidence is the key to success and that Chitkarians had it in them to excel anywhere in the world.

In our constant endeavor to make the transition of our students from campus to corporate smooth, Ms. Disha Ghai a Certified Image Consultant & Soft-skills trainer and an Alumni of the CSE 2010 Batch, was invited for an online session with the students to underscore the importance of Image Management and Soft Skills in today’s scenario. She has been delivering Image Enhancement Programs and Soft Skills workshops to Educational Institutes, Hospitals, HR Consulting Firms & National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Programs.
Ms. Disha was the facilitator for the webinar on “Success-Interviews & Beyond”. During the session she assisted the students in understanding and implementing various aspects of Image Management. She also highlighted the importance of possessing a well-rounded personality to sail through the interview process. She gave a deeper insight into as to how Soft Skills complement the technical skills, which refers to a person’s knowledge and occupational skills. She also told them to be eloquent in their speech, poised in their demeanor and firm in their convictions.
