Gusto, zest, displayed by students at Fifth Annual Athletic Meet
Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, conducted the fifth annual athletic meet in which several students participated and displayed immense enthusiasm and grit.
There were several events organized at the meet for the participants and the faculty and staff. Fellow students cheered on the participants during these events.
The events were as follows:

Special events were also organized for faculty members, non-teaching staff and workers of Chitkara University.
Events organized were:
- Tug of War for male and female faculty members, non-teaching staff and workers.
- 100m race for male faculty members and non-teaching staff.
- 50m race for female faculty members and non-teaching staff.
Best Athletes were:
Boys – Anuj Dahiya (2nd year)
Girls – Payal Taneta (3rd year)
Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Vice-Chancellor was the Chief Guest for the event. Registrar, Dr. Varinder S. Kanwar; Dean Academics, Dr Rajnish Sharma; Dean R&D, Dr. Sudhir Mahajan; Dean Administration, Col Y.C. Chhibber and Dean Student Affairs, Col Kulwant Singh, graced the occasion with their presence as well.
