General Orientation Program for teaching/non-teaching staff

Chitkara College of Academic Excellence conducted a General Orientation Program for teaching and non-teaching staff at Chitkara University campus. The program was attended by staff from both Punjab and Himachal Pradesh campus.

The purpose of the General Orientation Program was to spread awareness among newly recruited faculty and non-teaching staff on various rules and regulations of the University.

The GOP is carried out twice a year but from now, the frequency of this will increase, depending upon the feedback received from staff who attended the GOP.

Staff was told about the various research methodologies, administration of the University, how to be a part of the institution and work as a team, etc.

The staff was asked to submit a feedback on the program and such activities will now become a regular at Chitkara University.
