Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, has taken a significant leap into the world of technology and innovation by establishing a Google Developer Student Club (GDSC) on its campus. Dr. Hakam Singh, a member of the university faculty, is in charge of this development, which follows a meticulous selection process by Google.

To mark this auspicious occasion, the university organised an inaugural orientation event in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resource Development’s Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). Titled ‘TechUplift Unleashed: Igniting Innovation,’ the event aimed to foster a culture of open-source technologies and provide a platform for students to engage with the latest trends in the tech industry.

The event witnessed an enthusiastic gathering of students and tech enthusiasts eager to embark on this exciting journey of innovation and learning.
