Following the resounding success of the 1st International Conference on Advances in Multidisciplinary Sciences and Engineering Research (ICAMSER-2021), Chitkara University proudly announces the much-anticipated sequel: the “2nd International Conference on Advances in Multi-Disciplinary Science and Engineering Research for Disaster Risk Reduction (ICAMSER – DRR – 2024),” scheduled to take place in July 2024.
Building upon the momentum generated by its predecessor, ICAMSER-2024 promises to be an unparalleled gathering of leading minds in the fields of multi-disciplinary sciences and engineering research, all focused on one crucial goal: disaster risk reduction. As a valued member of the India Universities and Institutions Network for Disaster Risk Reduction (IUINDRR), Chitkara University is committed to fostering collaboration and innovation in this critical area.
The conference will feature a diverse array of subject areas falling within the realms of multi-disciplinary sciences and engineering research, with a particular emphasis on disaster management and mitigation. A dedicated special session on Disaster Management and Mitigation will offer invited lectures and workshops, aimed at promoting a culture of prevention, preparedness, and mitigation. The overarching objective is to develop a secure and disaster-resistant India through technology-based and sustainable strategies.
