The Engineering and MBA course offered by Chitkara University is excellent and the faculty made it all the more interesting. They are very friendly and cooperative, whenever I feel the need for guidance; I always find them providing a helping hand, even after graduation and masters. The educational environment is very attractive; labs are well-equipped, highly focused on practical knowledge. In such an environment, I was always excited during the unforgettable four years of graduation and two years of masters I have spent at Chitkara Himachal and Punjab Campus respectively. I strongly recommend Chitkara University to all junior students.

Chitkara University gave me the right direction for my career and personal progress. It gave me an opportunity to obtain my aim with global awareness and tools to handle professional decisions. As a part of the Training & Placement Program, I was extensively prepared in each and every area of recruitment process.

It’s been a great journey for me in Chitkara. I have experienced every bit of what I was lacking in myself. Getting placed in a reputed company while being able to fulfill my other extra curriculums was a plus point to me.

It is the primary reason that I was able to secure a core job in my field of active interest (Embedded software) at ‘OLA Electric’ initially & now switched to ‘Infineon Technologies’.

The time I spent in the university, holds a special place in my life and I would be trying my best to support more programs & provide mentorship to juniors in future who wish to pursue the same field.

My journey of four years at Chitkara University has been full of learning and fun. Chitkara works very hard on the overall intellect of the students to make them world class leaders. Our mentors at Chitkara helped a lot in honing both our academic and interpersonal skills and helped me in making me what I am today. I am really lucky to be a part of Chitkara Alumni Network.

I was a student of the first batch which passed out of Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, way back in 2008. Since ours was the first batch, we were lucky to experience world class infrastructure offered by our university, from new class rooms to hostel rooms. The rigorous design of the entire program helped me polish both my technical and non-technical skills. It was a beautiful journey, where I got to learn from the best professors. Even today, I am in touch with most of my teachers and mentors who guided me back then. I wish if I could relive those 4 years of my life again. It was indeed one of the best times of my life.

Back in 2009, when I decided to get myself enrolled in Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, I took a leap of faith in investing the next four critical years of my life at a university which had got established a year prior and I can say that it was one of the best decisions I made.

Chitkara University gave me a perfect environment to groom myself not just on the academic front but on the personal front as well. The four years I spent at the university helped me gain the practical perspective of the world outside and prepared me for doing well in my professional life. Additionally, the environment provided at the university was ideal for the holistic growth of an individual. The university management went to great lengths to provide a solid platform for job placements, capitalizing on which I was able to earn for myself two decent job offers which helped me kick start my career and I feel grateful for that.

When someone asks me for my opinion on getting themselves enrolled in a university course which is worth their time and money, I never shy away from recommending my Alma mater to them. I hope the university keeps on providing the best environment to the upcoming batches and help each individual in becoming the best versions of themselves.

It is a great university. The exposure you get here helps you a lot to take your life forward in a better way. I am working in Swedbank, Stockholm and the credit goes to Chitkara university from where I got the confidence to meet the challenges of life. Kudos to Chitkara university.

In my school days, a lot of my relatives discouraged me that I’ll not be able to become successful by living in India’s dirtiest city and by studying in Punjab School Education Board till Senior Secondary Education. I was hardly able to speak in English. I was not aware of C, C++.

The only thing that I knew was today is not my day but tomorrow it will be.

Studying at Chitkara was one of the best decisions of my life that gave me an opportunity to explore my interests and most importantly I learned everything from speaking English to writing code. The university spent a lot of money on improving communication skills and aptitude apart from core subjects. I feel honored to be a part of the Chitkara Family.

Today I’m fortunate enough to be working as a Manager at Morgan Stanley in Bangalore. I got campus placement at Infosys. I worked with companies like Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, and Morgan Stanley.

I spent 4 years (2011-2015) in Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh. The time spent in the university has a major role in shaping my career as a professional. Right from academics to sports, the environment was conducive to learning. These four years gave me friends for life and bagful of memories. I must admit that it was the most wonderful time of my life.

I would describe my experience at Chitkara University as exciting and dynamic. The best thing about being a student there was the number of opportunities that were available. I was initially attracted by the university’s reputation, and my career goals.

The best thing about studying here is the guidance provided at each step to figure out your strengths and hone your skills. I felt extremely lucky to be in an environment that allowed me to pursue what interests me the most, so in all my time at the university I never felt bored.

To any new student coming to the university, I would say this: Throw yourself at every opportunity that comes your way. If it gets too much, you can always scale back, but those opportunities can make all the difference between getting what you want and settling for less.
