Dr. Praveen Kantha is presently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Engineering & Technology at Chitkara University, situated in the picturesque town of Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India. With an impressive 16-year-long tenure in the field of education, Dr. Praveen Kantha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his academic role. Dr. Praveen Kantha embarked on his academic journey by pursuing a Master of Technology (M. Tech) degree, which he successfully completed in the year 2008. This marked the beginning of his academic and research endeavors. In 2022, Praveen Kantha attained the prestigious title of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), making him an expert in his chosen field. Dr. Praveen Kantha’s academic achievements extend beyond his educational qualifications. He is a prolific researcher, having made significant contributions to the world of academia through the publication of more than 20 research papers. These papers have found their place in both national and international journals and conferences, further cementing his reputation as a distinguished scholar. His research interests are broad and encompass various facets of cutting-edge technology. Notably, Praveen Kantha has a deep-rooted passion for machine learning, a field that is at the forefront of innovation and progress in the modern world. His expertise in this domain allows him to explore and develop advanced algorithms and models that have practical applications in numerous industries. In addition to machine learning, Dr. Praveen Kantha also focuses his research efforts on the critical area of intrusion detection. In an age where cybersecurity threats are on the rise, his work contributes to the development of robust security measures to safeguard sensitive information and critical infrastructure.
