Dr. Shivendu Prashar, Associate Professor (ECE), Assistant Director (CURIN) and Convener (IIC), Chitkara University, H.P. Experience of working in the academic, research and administration. A professional experience of fourteen years with a Doctor of Philosophy – PhD focused in Optical Fiber Sensor Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India. Granted two projects funded by SERB and DST, New Delhi. Have published quality research papers in the reputed conferences and journals of IEEE, Elsevier Springer etc. Areas of research interest are optical fiber sensors, optical fiber communication, photonics and atmospheric science.
