Dr. Divya Dheer is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh and TARE-Research Fellow at Institute of Nano Science and Technology (INST), Mohali. She received her Ph.D. from the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, Jammu. She carried out a part of her doctoral research at University Paris-Saclay, France in 2018 for 6 months. Dr. Divya Dheer has been a recipient of several international and national awards including Raman Charpak Fellowship award from the Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (IFCPAR/CEFIPRA), Best Research Paper Award from CSIR-IIIM, Jammu, Best Oral Presentation Award from SELECTBIO, CSIR- Senior Research Fellowship and CSIR-Junior Research Fellowship among others. She has qualified Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) and has to her credit several international publications and one of her publications has more than 650 citations. She has also presented her research paper in Congress SCF18 at Montpellier, France. Her current research interests are Targeted Drug Delivery, Bioconjugate Chemistry and development of new synthetic methods for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
